Introduction

Welcome to Auto-Mobile Repair and Services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile mechanic services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

Auto-Mobile Repair and Services provides mobile mechanic services, offering various automotive repairs and maintenance services at the location of your choice.

Scheduling and Availability

Our Services can be scheduled online at www.auto-mobile-repair.com for one-hour time slots. Service availability may vary depending on the location and time of the appointment.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services rendered. We accept [list payment methods]. A $50 booking fee is required, which will be 100% applied to the cost of the service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of the $50 booking fee. If a technician arrives for a scheduled appointment and the customer cancels upon arrival, the booking fee will default to a driving fee for the technician.

Safety and Cooperation

Customers are expected to provide a safe working environment for our mechanics. Lack of cooperation or unsafe conditions may result in cancellation of services.

Warranty and Liability

Our Services come with a 24,000-mile or 24-month warranty for labor. If parts are sold with a longer warranty (e.g., lifetime warranty), then we will honor the parts warranty. However, the customer will be responsible for any labor costs beyond the initial 24,000-mile or 24-month period.
